FAQs
Is Unbridled Learning a good fit for me or my loved one?
It all begins with an evaluation. Potential clients will come to the farm (by appointment) to get familiar with the environment and the services we offer. Clients and their families are encouraged to share goals, questions, and concerns with staff. Evaluations do not involve riding. Many potential clients have concerns about their apprehension around horses. At Unbridled Learning, we work through this with you. Not all lessons have to include riding, and we can go at your pace.
Who does Unbridled Learning serve?
We serve children and adults of all abilities. We accept a diverse range of clients - specializing in teaching individuals with disabilities - and educate our staff in understanding their needs. The minimum age requirement is 3 years old.
What is the appropriate attire?
All visitors on the farm, whether participating in a lesson or not, must wear close-toed shoes. Long pants are required for riders (no shorts). Boots or shoes with a heel are recommended.
What are the hours of operation?
Being that Unbridled Learning is run by a public school teacher, we currently operate outside of school hours. Lessons are offered at 4:30pm or later on weekdays, with varying availability on weekends. School breaks are a great opportunity to schedule lessons during the day and keep busy.
